The UAW Local 2195 Community Service Committee hosted
their second annual “Pickin’ for Presents Concert” on November
09, 2002. This year’s show drew a good crowd to the union hall, with
many talented acts taking part in the six hour show.
“We raised over $600 with this year’s show,” Community
Service Chair Shirley Parker stated. “We would like to thank everyone
who came out to support the show. We also would to thank all the entertainers
who volunteered their time. All the proceeds will go toward the Salvation
Army Christmas Charities.”
