The Nashville Superspeedway is a premier facility to watch
NASCAR, Indy Racing League and various other types of racing in a state-of-the-art
1.33-mile Superspeedway setting. The track opened in April 2001 and has
provided fans with many thrilling races since that time. The Nashville
Superspeedway is located just 30 minutes east of the heart of Nashville,
Tennessee. It is easily accessible off State Route 840, which connects
Interstate’s 40, 24 and 65. All parking is free with a short walk
to the grandstand.
The Nashville Superspeedway is concrete – one of only three concrete tracks on the NASCAR circuit. The concrete pavement was placed full-width for the entire length of the track by a concrete paving machine that was specially built for the project. The track was paved in seven days and consists of 7,500 cubic yards of concrete. The Nashville Superspeedway parking
lot holds over 16,000 vehicles and the grandstand features 100 percent
site-line visibility of the track. The facility also boasts a state-of-the-art
media center, care center, garage, restrooms and concessions area. The
track is lit for night races such as the Federated Auto Parts 300.
