Bylaws Training at Local 1853

On Tuesday, International Representative Cleveland Jones Jr visited Local 1853 in Spring Hill, Tennessee. He presented training to the local membership regarding the UAW By-Laws. In attendance were 1853 President John Rutherford, Tristian Hill, Ladonna Johnson, Telisa Sangster, Darlene Nash Domaracki, Trevor Bailey, Robert Daily, Joe Brown, 1853 Education Chair Jomane Owens, Region 8 Servicing Rep Chuck Davenport and 1853 By-laws Chair Buford Tatum.
We would like to thank Region 8 Director Tim Smith, Region 8 Servicing Representative Chuck Davenport and Region 8 Educational Representative David "Shaggy" Firkins for continuing to support the local memberships with training for our UAW members and leaders.
The strength of our Union is directly tied to the education of local memberships. We are looking forward to further training this fall at Local 1853 for Bargaining and Education via the Region 8 Educational Staff. |
