UAW local 5287 “Ride For A Purpose”
To Support Breast Cancer Research
UAW Local 5287 held their 9^th Annual “Ride for A Purpose” on September 26, 2026. The ride supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with proceeds going toward the Hayworth Cancer Center in High Point, NC. The Hayworth Cancer Center is dedicated to supporting patients and families through one of life’s most challenging journeys. They understand that cancer affects every part of a person’s life—physical, emotional, and beyond.
