Way To Go Local 10
The Executive Board and Unit 1 – GM Bargaining Committee
would like to thank the membership for their generosity. A Bucket Brigade
for MDA was held on July 30, 2004, we collected $3,812.13. Just 3 weeks
later Local 10 held another Bucket Brigade for Hurricane Charley Victims,
we collected $4,081.95. During this time the GM plant had been down for
an extra week plus the normal shut down in July. The down time causes
disruptions in your pay nevertheless $7,894.18 was collected for these
two causes. Once again our members have come through. When times are tough
members of Local 10 can be counted on.
