Workers Memorial Day at UAW Local 171

On Tuesday, April 28, 2009 UAW Local 171, Hagerstown, MD hosted a Workers Memorial Day Ceremony with the Central Maryland AFL-CIO Council. President Dave Perkins gave opening remarks which were followed by Fred Mason, President of the MD AFL-CIO, Delegate John P. Donoghue and others. Members of the IAFF Local 1605 played the bag pipes to open the ceremony and ended with playing of TAPS.
